DDR4 2133 or 2400MHz

The 8GB stick in my laptop is failing and now looking for 16GB (2x8GB) to replace it, the motherboard supports 2133 and 2400MHz RAM and the price difference between them is £15, which one should I go for?

The laptop spec is i7 7700HQ, 4GB 1050Ti and 500GB Samsung 850 Evo and is used for Virtualbox, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, coding and gaming.
