DDR4000 RAM - should run at at least 250MHz? RMA if it doesnt?

Yea i have m8, thats not where the issue lies unfortunately.

Although i am super happy to see that you have the exact same RAM, and the mobo i'm thinking of getting as a replacement. Can you run the RAM at 1T, at 250MHz or more? If you've overclocked the RAM, how high does yours go?
 
My sig is wrong atm I had to RMA 2 lots of the Ballistix stuff, but ive had it running at 270mhz at 1T, I currently have standard 3200 Crucial stuff in pc at this time.
