ddr600 timings?

thanks ill look in to

do ya think redline will push it lower

i read on forums that timing arent now a big problem it higher bus speed win the bandwidth so i might as go with the best ddr600 and get a cpu that will reach 300bus

what cou do ya recommend ? opteron? less than £100 i would say :)

Whats the RAM you're thinking of, the link doesn't work.

On A64 memory overclocking doesn't give a massive increase in performance, tight timings at 200Mhz is fine for getting great performance, you do get some small gains with high FSB, but they don't justify the cost of the RAM needed.

i dont know what good ram at ddr600 i presume redline top i like ocz ddr'

oh doesnt matter about price as im soon selling my ocz pc4000 VX 2gb of it should fund for another 2gb

You'd be far better investing in a 2x1Gb kit of PC3200 (with good timings) or PC4000 (slacker timings) and running on a divider than wasting your money on a 2x512Mb set.
