dead 360 headset

Well headset doesnt seem to output any sound no matter how many times i unplug and replug it, is it covered by the microsoft warranty as well as the console do you think?

im not sure it does no

a lot of people have spares though cos they use the original xbox one - you never know a nice chap might send you one

If you ring them up they'll probably send you a replacement for free.

You know i never thought about the headset from my origional 360, plugged it in and works fine. Duh!

I've had two stop working for no obvious reason, ended up having to buy a new one.

Mine was iffy when I first got it.. a quick opening up and a poke about revealed dodgy wiring. Cellotape solved my probs

yes its covered by the warranty.
mine packed in i telephoned them and they sent me a new one.
no hassle got it a few days later.
