Dead Easy image resizer

My Mum is wanting me to "teach her ebay".

I know she will get on fine other than resizing images.

So ideally what I need is a simple app that will take a JPEG and resize it to 1024*768 or 800*600, compress it down a little and save the file to a specified directory. Maybe there is an app that will add a right-click option?

Freeware would be nice.

Microsoft Image Resizer Powertoy adds an image resizer to the explorer right click menu. Nice and simple to use.
