Am running 2 x xfx 290 in crossfire. No problems for 2 yrs +.
Have been replaying Doom 3 for a few days when it dawned on me that only one gpu appeared to be working
Checked gpu z and found crossfire disabled. It can see 2 x gpu's but advises that crossfire is disabled and when I delve a little deeper it shows that the second card has no ram and is using 0 % of speed.
Amd settings - the enable crossfire box(es) are not visible at all.
Tried clearing and reinstalling drivers - no joy.
Bit of a faff to try and use gpu' s seperately (basically would involve a partial dismantle of whole system) so befor I start thought I would check with the forum members to see if anyone has suffered similar and has any adbise upon the main ? i.e. is it dead?
