I am so dumb, I had a missing RAID drive and for 2 days assumed it was on my LSI but couldn't find the 2 missing drives. Took the side panel off my case and realised the drives were on the Intel RAID, typically the dead drive is the least accessible. At least I managed to grab half my data before the drive went totally belly up, and I can, thankfully, get this data back.
