Dead Island 2 OFFICIAL

It kind of lacks innovation and the FLESH system look no better than that of Killing Floors 2 MEAT system almost a decade ago. Hopefully the Story holds up. Deffo one for Gamepass if it ever reaches there.
 
Nobody else playing this? I'm about 4 hours in, seemingly bug free and performance is smooth. Looks great as well.

I don't usually play this sort of game, so i've no idea how it stacks up to others of the genre, but it's bloody, funny, and doesn't take itself too seriously. I'm enjoying it :)

(this based on singleplayer only).
 
Too pricey for me at the moment, think its 55 quid? I dont think I'll hit my £ per hour on that. Not sure how long the game is but I'm guessing its not 55 hours long, so I need to wait for a cheaper option to appear

Same for me, £55 is pushing the boat out a little too far for me at the moment.
Glad to see it's getting positive reviews. The original wasn't exactly game of the year stuff, but was still good fun.

Yes, I obtained my copy in the same way.

Epic is a tricky one for a lot of people; I take the view if they give me free games (which they still do every week) and doesn't cost me anything, then why not?

Last of the free lunches ;)
 
I don't even think it's worth £35, for me to buy it I'd have to see a key for £25 max. I liked DL1 but it got repetitive and boring quickly, it's short term entertainment with little in the way of character driven story dev like for example Last of Us where you become invested in the story and the people in it so want to see it through.
 
I'm in the same boat. £50 is too much for my liking for a game like this. It does look like a lot of fun though and I'll definitely pick it up at some point in a sale.
 
Managed to get a PC copy for £30 so downloading now.

I am still playing Ghostwire Tokyo (which I grew to enjoy) but still, can't wait to slice some zombs.
 
If anybody really wants it on the cheap you can vpn to Turkey, create a new epic account and pay the very reasonable sum of £17.78

Edit : seems to have been blocked now :(
