Dead ? kingston hyper x

Hi lm having a bit of a problem with my kingston hyper x ssd drive ,up till yesterday it was working fine ,i left my desk and came back and had a frozen comp

Had to switch it off since then the comp can t see it neither does the bios

Ive tried switching the cables about and power leads but the other hdd work

Also it comes with a portable case so put iot in there and connected it to another comp thru usb and still nothing

Any ideas please

if in warranty send it back, connect it directly inside another pc and see, if still nothing then you know its dead.
