So I woke up this morning and turned my monitor on. It blinked on for less than a second and then the screen went black, as if it were off. The power LED behind the button stayed on continuously as if the panel were working. I tried turning it off, trying to change the input but nothing would cause the panel to light up.
I fear that the backlight has gone
Anything else I can try?
It's a Samsung SM-245B, 5 years old next month.
