I take it there are no obvious visual signs of damage or overheating on any components?
There are some cases where it would be appropriate to replace the PSU fuse and re-use it, but these are where the fault(s) that caused the fuse to blow are known not to be in the PSU itself, and that the PSU hasn't been damaged in the process. In your case it sounds like getting a new PSU is appropriate.
