Also, is there anywhere apart from the gun shop you can find a shotgun? Like Krono I want to drag a whole lot of survivors back but if I have to go through the part I'm going to need one for the convicts!

Are there more convicts later on or are you planning to pick up Sophie on the way?

I origianally planned to go through the park in my uber plan so I was going to tool all my people up with various guns (I figured that 2-3 uzis + pistols would do it). I was then going to send the group into a seculded corner and run after sophie, if I had to fight the convicts I would use an Uzi (meaning I would have to pick up extra Uzis). There would be 2 ways of fighting the convicts in this situation

1) take out the driver and then leave them stranded.

2) take out the gunner then the driver then the passnenger.

When you meet up with Sophie you will need to tell her to go to wherever you put your people and keep the way clear for her.

However when I found out about the route through the toilets to Paradice Plaza, I thought "To hell with Sophie, I'll get her later!"

If you take out the driver the passenger gets in the drivers seat.

Im screwed! im down to the last case file right and i have to goto "butcher" its gone 10pm on the 21st at this point so i get there and i kill him but as soon as i do its case file over! file expired and i cant do the last god damn case file! so now looks like ill have to replay the whole thing to get them all.

Do i just save and carry on and wait for the chopper in like 11hrs? What happens then :confused:

Yeah he was supposed to do that... But never did in my game. Well Kill the drive, then katana (read Chainsaw) the passenger and run fast away.

Actually in most cases its simply best to kill the gunner first tbh

Apparently you win the game. But get a different story outcome than you would had you completed all the case files.

On a positive note you will have a higher level when you restart the game and as such you will be able to get through the game much faster the second time round.

I'd be gutted too but just carry on and play it out. You won't unlock overtime mode but you'll get to see a different cut scene and save the guys you've saved (there pics will stay in your notebook). Use the free time to get a few achivements. With your higher level you'll be amazed at how easily you'll breeze through the game next time.

Jeep was fairly easy for me, i did it at Level 7. Idiots drove into a fountain and it got stuck on the rim, killed the gunner then took his gun and took out the driver/passenger

Both! They keep damn respawning.

Didn't think about the toilet exit though. I'll use that and go back for Sophie.

At the beginning (im now replaying it) can u actually save all those people? loads seem to die real fast and u have no useful weapons!

Same here, killed him nice and easily on my 2nd attempt as I used the Katana, much better.

Cant stand it, getting rid, the controls just do my head in. Couldnt kill the clown for love nor money. Because everytime I tried to kill him I either pulled the camera trigger of right sticked to aim.

If it wasnt for that i'd probably enjoy it more.

Firstly, if this was sent last thursday I reckon its gone awol. Secondly, if you haven't got the game why is the Dead Rising logo in your list of recently played games?

Lol, what level is your guy because it gets much easier as you go up. Once I knew to hit Andys baloons it wasn't such a bad fight. Also I'd consider myself pretty bad at getting used to controls but even I got so used to aiming I finished the game, so c'mon, just a little practice.

No I hated them so much I couldnt be bothered any longer.Althought the story interested me the gameplay didnt. So I will sell it and I just watched all the cut scenes on youtube.
