Well I got dead rising today for my 360, and it's very kool  though there is a lot of tearing :(

Anyhow everytime i go through same door (one after u see the tv monitor, at start of game) it'll come up saying unreadable disc even though its not scratched or anything always on same place it's happaning.

and as far as i know other games are fine, was playing other games before this.

what should i do

If your other games are working fine, i would say it's a dud game disk. Take it back to where you got it from. If someone you know has a 360, try it on theirs to make sure

damn that sux, i have taht game too, do you get 2 kill lots of zombies and stuff cuz i played and all he had was a camera for ages, kinda bored me man :(

Well for like the first few minutes you only have a camera (helicopter part) and a small time in the mall. But you can use almost anything as a weapon. You don't get given weapons, you have to pick them up from shops etc

well considering one of the achievements is to kill 53,594 zombies in a game, id say yeah, just a few zombies to kill :D

after you get pat the initial begenning bit, it does get better. but be sure to nip to the toilets etc a fair bit to save, otherwise you do start waay back from wehre ever you first saved (or previously saved)

Best game on the 360 IMO! Still have a few Achievments to get, but they involve playing the game for at least 7 hours non-stop, not happening! The 360 would blow up!

I got disc read errors on this game quite a bit when I had my 360 in the Vertical position, so I put it in horizontal and have no probs since... try changing the position of your 360.

NOTE: DO NOT CHANGE THE POSITION OF THE XBOX WHILST ITS PLAYING AS SOME PEOPLE HAVE DONE, THIS WILL SCREW YOU DISC UP!

What you mean save so often? Why do you have to save so often?

I guess in case you die, as I found out when I first played it. Played for like an hour and a bit, died, then had to start over.

I am liking it so far, just hard to get used to :)

Ah right I see what you mean... I save quite often in most games I play anyway, so it was no different with this game.

I HATED the game when I first got it, I was gonna ebay it! But I gave it time, and once you level up, things get easier and so much more fun... I've played this game for hours non-stop at times.

Just keep going at it and you will love it, I assure you that!

You are much better off starting from the beginning for the first 10 times or so you play it (until you get your character up to a decent level, think max is 50) IMO

Spot on, I think that is the best way to do it too... I must have started 3 - 4 times in the early stages clocking up pp!

i was thinking of getting this but there are quite a lot of mixed reactions. i like mindlessly killing stuff, but i dont wanna get bored. is it really that easy to get bored on this? the idea of using giant cacti, and park benches also chainsaws and lawnmowers to kill zombies sounds good. any ideas?

DR ALWAYS gives you something todo, unless you JUST want to do the story missions, then you might get a bit bored waiting between each story.

But theres always scoops, and the fact its nearly impossible to do EVERYTHING in one sitting, proves to you that theres a lot to do.

Obviously this game isn't for everyone, but I love it to bits.

Although, as I have pretty much done everything (apart from the Infinity mode acheivments) I don;t really play it anymore cos I've got nout else to do. But there is plenty of playtime in it, and you wont want to put it down.

I personally feel no 360 collection should be missing this title, but each to their own!
