How do I tell the difference?
Got a new IPS monitor, 1440p, and can see some dead areas. Greyed out basically. Some seem clearer/larger/darker than others.
Second part of the question, is as it's a class 1 warranty, I believe anything more than 1 dead pixel means I can send it back, however, they're around the edges, and as it's a 32 inch monitor, I really haven't found myself noticing them. I presume the dead pixels are within the regular warranty period, so could I simply hold onto it for another year, and send it back then if it get's worse or noticeable?
