Sorry to hear about your bad lack with the DOA. Email me tomorrow - [email protected] and I will make sure it does get shipped though I imagine if Andy said he'd do it then it will happen as he is very thorough. :)

well my replacement X1900 XTX arrived as promised by gibbo this morning and it works 100% perfectly!

It makes me happy to see our tech/RMA department are doing a good job as I did not even need to interveen as they had already shipped your card out when I asked about it. :)
 
well gibbo your tech department are top notch! andy was on the ball from the start and so helpfull. even gave me some insight as to what these cards can do!

he said he would get it sorted and he did! thanks andy in tech! great service :D

my first ever ATI card did that... a 9700pro...DOA

but then it was just thrown in the sapphire box... ie it was loose with no foam around it or anything, and the box looked like it had been sat on by some 18stone essex bird.

thank god this time there was enough cards for RMA's to go through... I mean fancy the old 1-3month waiting lists on those X800XT's etc
 
very true, no waiting and the OCUK tech support were 100% and on the ball from the very begining. Plus its got the good old gorgous ati IQ, nvidia make fast cards no dought but Ati IQ is just drop dead gorgous!
