Dear IT Helpdesk

I just realised that I do not have a USB port on my pc, but I found this little adaptor.

Would it be ok if I plugged this into my mouse port? I need my flash disk more than my mouse.

Well, a mouse works normally when plugged in, so why shouldn't the flash drive?

Now that is not a bad idea! Instead of, "Could not find ABC file", it would say, "You dumb****, you can't watch a video you just deleted!".

what would be interesting would be trying to write a driver to allow access of the files that are on there.... but then the mouse is a one-way device so you wouldn't be able to request the data... so maybe you could have some kinda hardware thing that pushed the data through the mouse port....

I was thinking more along the lines of playing that "You are an Idiot (Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha)" file that litters the internet full blast out the speakers for 5 minutes. It would do wonders for staff self-training levels in an office enviroment.

Its all good though.
