Been discussing this today at work with the team. For me i think the full meal its

Starter - baked camembert caramelised onions
Main - T Bone Steak with Mac & Cheese
Desert - Apple Crumble and Custard
Drink - Coke Float.

Desert and drink are the childhood nostalgic items for me.

Same as my birthday meal: gammon, chips, pineapple, peas... preferably burned to a near-crisp, the way Mum used to do it. With lemon meringue pie for pudd.
