im looking at buying the deathader mouse by razer any deathadder users recommend it?

Best mouse I've ever used

Prefer it to the Lachesis.

Make sure you pair it up with a decent mousemat though.

Me and my bro have one each and we think they are excellent. Had the Copperhead before and that is good, but for me this one fits the hand better, don't seem to get the ache after a long session on CS or L4D.

well i have the Qpad UC medium mat which i find awesome and play css and cod4 and l4d and TF2 and all sorts so will be good cheers

another thing you guys think i should go for the one with the blue LEd lights or white?

Match it to the other LEDs on your desk if you can :-)

It's OK, but not great if you have longer fingers, and the coating gets scratched very easily.

well i have no LEDs on my keyboard as i have the microsoft comfort curve 2000. only LEDs are oin my PC case which are blue

I have a Deathadder paired with a SteelSeries QCK+ and I can fully recommend it. If you play FPS regularly/competitively, this mouse+mat combo is well worth the cash.

great mouse, i find the razer mice have the most comfortable left and right click buttons, but personaly the copperhead fits my hand better, and comes in more colours :-D

The Deathadder has an optical sensor, that's why it's a favourite amongst low-sens users.

Been using my Deathadder a while now and love it.

I've got pretty big hands and find it very comfortable for long sessions.

Totally agree. Works well with all the surfaces i've used, very tuneable to your preferences too. Only good for righties mind, not sure if there's another version for the other folk.
