Is it just me or does there seem to be, compared to the last general election, a huge number of televised debates this time round? Just turned on the telly and there's yet another one on the go! It seems to have gone from one extreme to another with all this mass-debating!
 
Can't be a bad thing to put politicians on the hot seat, maybe trying to be more like US system where candidates have to go through many hurdles before they get into office.

Makes no difference, we don't get to vote for them. We've got to vote for our local MP.
 
They're completely pointless, I'd be surprised if people changed their vote based on watching them. The climate change one was the most pointless one, they all agreed about climate change so there wasn't really anything to actually debate.

There's far too many of them which also reduces the significance of them.
 
I dont understand all the crap surrounding general elections, pretty much everybody i know has already decided who is good, who is bad and who is Corbyn long ago.
Same with all the louds on FB/twitter... why bother posting continually mounting piles of bile when pretty much everyone has made up there mind.

Or is it just everyone i know is really organised :p

There will be a fair amount of people that are on the fence/could be persuaded to change their minds.
