Yes you are, tbh I hate decals on cars, but at the end of the dayif you like it you should go for it. It shouldn't worry you what other people think, at the end of the day it's your car and you're the one who has to live with it.

May be get somebody to do a photoshop of it and then decide how it looks from there, saves you making a possibly big mistake.

Can we, err, get a side-profile picture of your motor, so we can, err, get an idea of what it may, err, look like... perhaps we could photochop a few decals on... :)

I'm fancying some decals on the Mercedes - can't decide what to go for, and indeed if I should or not. Thoughts?

I'm thinking of possibly the tri-star logo flames from here in black:

Or perhaps if I'm a bit more bold, this more colourful one here:

Am I mad? :p

If I see a merc driving around Durham with decals on the side.. I warn you I will point and laugh!

Putting these on a Merc will make you look like you belong on a counil estate.

Serious post. As said, I haven't decided yet.

I'm not exactly a car 'purist' by any means, and it's not likely to devalue an 'S' reg example ;)

Apologies for terrible pic, its all I have at the moment and its chucking it down.

Photoshops would be appreciated, I'm pretty rusty with it myself.

Theres only a few Mercs which should get decals stuck on & they are only driven at weekends by a Mr Schumacher & chums.
