Decent 290x

well new reference 290x are going for £240 with a gold code (approx £20ish) so if you can get a 2nd hand one for £160-170, that would be ideal (with some remainder of warranty ofc, if that matters to you - but seeing that you'll be putting it in a loop anyway, most manufacturers will not honour the warranty)

Wouldn't even bother with second hand at the price of those ref cards. Less warranty hassle if you're the original owner too :)

No brainer IMO then, £250 sapphire 290x, including free games you'll be blocked up for under £320 :)

I have most of the games as it is, I got the last of them with my 295x2 so I donno. 2nd hand seems cheaper since I'll just void the card taking the block off lol.

Its a aqua computer, Someone told me that I could run both of them. The block looks like it would lined up with a 290x perfectly

What about this.

My mobo says it only takes crossfire 3gpus.

Is that because it only has 3 pcis or does it mean its limited too 3 gpu chips?

Would it be possible to run two 295x2?
