Decent, Affordable SSD's?

I'm hoping to upgrade to an SSD in the near future and was hoping to get, at least, a 200Gb one but they're so damn expensive!! Does anyone happen to know of any that are cheaper than £150 but reliable?

I have had a kingstom hyper x SSD and then a samsung, honestly I can't stress enough to say that samsung are probably one of the best SSD manufacturers out there for a decent price. You will not be disappointed.
