Decent chair with back support for a good price?

Hey all I have a few lets just say medical issues, and one of the things I need is a decent computer chair where I don't feel like i'm slouching. I really don't want an expensive flashy flashy computer chair but a decent one atleast. Any recommendations from OCUK ?

OCUK's prices are way too high and all gaming chairs so mostly gimmicks
