For £20 you could pick up both Dirt 2 and Grid if you buy retail copies and not through steam. Both very good games and about as good as they get (as long as your not after a simulator) for your specs and budget

Grid is OK. I quite like the FlatOut series.

Trackmania, if you like to rinse-and-repeat type of gameplay

I quite like it, but it can be immensely frustrating, which I suppose is part of the goal

Brings back memories of Rick Dangerous and those kind of masochistic platformers.

They are selling dirt 1, grid and fuel for a tenner.
They are also selling the game dirt 2 for a tenner.

rFactor is a great sim racer, Not so good on a pad though you really need a wheel for it.

Only have experience of D2 but I believe D1 is superior if youre just after normal rallying.

If you want a real harcore sim get Grand prix legends demo then add the tracks and you have the full game for free.Its the grandady of Iracing.

Trackmania? It's free (Trackmania nations) will run fine on lower end tech and is surprisingly addictive
