Decent CPU cooler?

I have a budget of £600 to pend on a brand new PC, currently spent £578.40 which includes a Intel i5-2500k and I would like to overclock it to about 4.0ghz or more if possible but i will need a cooler as i doubt the standard one will be able to cool it enough. Which do you recomend for £20?

If you need the rest of the PC specs just ask.

If anyone suggests the artic freezer 13 range to you don't do it as they are crap.

Any requirements for it to be quiet etc? Also what case are you going to be putting this all in as some of the larger coolers may not fit due to huge heat sinks
