Decent CSS servers

I have not realy played CS in a long time and I am woefully out of practice.

Can anyone tell me some decent CSS servers to play on that are not full of wall hacking idiots so I can get my game back up

I used to play on the Jolt servers but I don't even know if they are still around and even if they were towards the end of me playing before they were becoming riddled with script kiddies and irritating buggers so I can only imagine what they would be like now
