hijack this is basically impossible to get around but you need to interpret it yourself, I find most evil things stick out but a quick google on something you are not sure on and it wikll be confirmed (as people post the hijack this logs to the net)

There is a guy called Tom Coyote(google for him) who will interpret hijack this logs for you.
