so what is the best games mouse available and what would be a good mid budget games mouse?

thats for budget, but my self i use Razer Copperhead Tempest Blue 2000dpi
i think it is really good mouse if you like the sensitive stuff about it if you do not sensitive buttons go for g5 :eek:

Tip for you, they work best with Cloth pads, such as the Everglide Titan.

Agreed, I had both the DeathAdder and the MX518 and decided to switch back to the 518. I just seem to perform much better in games like CSS with aim with it than I did with the DA. Guess it's the smaller shape that helps.

I got the logitech RX1000 and was amazed by how good it is, to me it seems very smooth and accurate. I also love the colour scheme.

It's probably not as good as some £30/£40 gaming mouse, but I have never had the privilege of owning such a device so until that day i shall live on in ignorant bliss.

Razer Deathadder, but I bought the steelpad 4d as well comes with some skates for the mouse feet and it glides across smoothly. Ontop of that the lift distance is unnoticeable. Brill mouse too.

If you can stretch a bit more the NEW G5 is brilliant (The blue one, not the black/orange one).

Got the extra buttons found on the 518 but with more reports/sec, high resolution etc etc

I swapped my 518 for one and will never look back

had an intellimouse 3.0 for a while now, no problems what so ever, nice mouse
