Decent memory stress test?

I've done a bit of a bodge job to force my computer to accept an extra couple of gigs of wildly different RAM to what was already in there. It seems to be okay, I'm just wondering what the best way to test for stability is? I know about memtest86, but you have to faff around with bootable CDROMs and stuff. Anything that will just run within the Windows environment?

Occt has a ram only setting

Try memtest86. leave it on for as long as you possibly can.

Edit: never mind, found what I think you meant. Can' find the RAM only setting though.
