Decent name for a phone shop

Seriously, high street phone shops are crappy enough to buy stuff from, particularly Phones4U where you simply walk in for a little window shopping too oogle over the display handsets, and 3 or 4 salesmen jump down your throat trying to sell you a phone.

Private owned phone shops tend to be even crappier. No offence to the OP, but how good are your retail and customer service skills? How long have you worked in retail before and was it in a capable enough position to teach you how to satisfy customers?

People with 0 retail experience opening random stores all over the place = absolutely no business, no one will be interested, maybe one window shopper (such as me) will pop in for a random look around only to see disinterested staff giving me offputting blank looks, or chatting away and having a dos with their buddies who are visiting, and I will simply think 'OMG WTH did I step inside this crappy shop? *Leave, never return*.

.......

Two weeks later the store is closing down. Coincidence?

Salesmen jumping down your throat, you leave, staff not bothering you, you leave.

Not necessarily, simply smiling at and greeting customers as we had to do in Asda goes a very long way (without trying to sell them stuff).

Get some Asda customer service training done and learn how to do it right = win win.

No where else I've shopped other than Tesco and surprisingly Boots have come close to the level of service I was expected to provide when working at Asda.
