decent spec?

can anyone tell me if this is good bang for my buck and if it will play the highest demanding games at decent settings/fps?

CPU: Intel Core i5-4440 processor

Why has the 760 only has 1536mb of memory? thought it came with 2 gig. Also you can't post links to competitors. Would get a better PC if you built yourself..there case is horrible.
 
sorry, I wouldn't have a clue on building my own and am basically venturing into serious pc gaming for the 1st time. Iv always casually played on non-demanding titles and have done since i was a child but would like to get a gaming desktop (rather than a next gen console) than can handle the most demanding current games (and therefore last a few years before needing an upgrade) but it seems to be seriously expensive and my budget at the very highest is £600. They seemed to be the cheapest for the spec you get. Any suggestions or are we not allowed to discuss that sort of thing?

also i noticed that anomaly with the GTX 760 - i was thinking it was just a mistake made by whoever wrote the description on the site and that it is in fact a 2gb
