Decent Step-Up Rings?

Hi guys, looking to get 2 step up rings 58-62mm and 62-67mm and would like a decent make as I want the threads to be in and stay in good nick for a long time.

Initially I wanted B+W as they are reputed as one of the best (albeit at £16.99 each) but nowhere seems to sell them which has stumped me.

Can anyone recommend a decent make and where to get them?

Ebay, there is no need to go spending £££ on these things, I got some metal ones on Ebay for a few pounds, work perfectly, you also won't feel bad losing them.

I got one of these, pretty cheap but works fine and feels alright.
