My shoulder AIDS is still alive an kicking but my shoulders are getting stronger. Whilst in now way am I close to doing what you do, I'm repping 60kg with relative ease now, and can squeeze out a few on 70kg. So I'm catching up!

Push press is fine though, over 100kg on that! :p

Shoulders are the only thing going for me at the moment :p I did try some push pressing, but couldn't get the power to push any relatively big numbers, so will need to work on that (need to re-look at the olympic lifting thread).

Come at me bro :p

Noticed some weakness in my left arm when working through the bench. I don't know if it was due to the grind on the PB set, but first time my arm has gone slightly numb! :o
 
strong PB only a week or so after coming back :D

Thanks :D. Gotta love that fasted training! I think I will be keeping my 5 reps within the 100 - 110 range at the moment, see if I can aim for full sets at the top end before attempting any new PB's :)

Spent most of the morning playing around with different squat positions (front, low, high and goblet). Was only playing around at 100kg, so wasnt much to write about.

Noticed some flexibility issues, especially in my hamstrings, that were causing some major butt wink. Hopefully sort that out soon and also get in to a good front rack position for front squats! :)
 
For which squat was butt wink most obvious?

If it's front/goblet, chances are this is ankle mobility.

Of course, hamstrings come in to play, too, but a lot of the time too many people forget ankles for the really deep squats.

Ah sorry, forgot to say which! It was in low bar that it was pretty obvious. Goblet and front squats looked pretty tidy and felt ok, where as low bar was starting to hurt my lower back :(
