Decided on parts for PC how do I order a build

maybe it was because I phoned on Friday afternoon and they wanted to go home early ;-(
I have emailed them but got a reply saying they should get back to me in 3 days, then if I have more questions, I guess it will be another 3 days. Seems a strange way to do business that I can't talk ditrectly with someone who can take an order and advise if I've ordered the correct items.
If I want a car, I just phone the dealer add the specs and get a price.

Never actually had them build mine
Just ordered everything and built it myself
But any queries by Web note or phone
They have always dealt with promptly
