IMO today’s game sort of exemplifies why this ‘daily puzzle’ doesn’t suit me personally. Too much energy / trial and error are required to make this a simple time waster.

I initially guessed what was the correct letters, doubted myself as I couldn't see anything so started again using the hints, and got the same letters!
