Decision on a new HDD

I wanted to get a Western Digital 250gb (or 320) 7200 2.5 SATA HDD, all of my usual stockers seem to be sold out.

Is there a lot of difference in quality with Seagate and Western Digital?
Everyone has plenty of Seagate HDD's in stock... but it that for a reason i.e. they are crap?

Seagate hdd is good as well. I'm using it as well.
