You can get the decking anti slip paint nowadays. Has like a sand in the paint to provide an anti slip treatment. Also treats the wood afaik. If you oil or stain it you will always have a slippery surface, especially when wet.
You can get Osmo decking oil that has anti slip particles in it. Like most Osmo products it'll be very good, but also very expensive. You would need to use a coloured stain/oil under it if you want the timber coloured as the oil is clear.
Ronseal ultimate protection decking oil seems like quite a good bet. Fast drying and high protection rating. Hopefully it'll do exactly what it says on the tin.
