Decking strength

Is this decking frame strong enough???
It is 195 x 45 x 4m joists, supported on small soldiers of decking boards, 1m apart with 5 screws in each, but I think all the weight may be too much for the shear strength of the screws???

Decking supports need to be at about 500mm along the length of the board. Screws should not be supporting any weight they are used to hold things together. If you have a joint it needs a supporting bracket not just screws. However bear in mind the boards themselves will bridge a joint like a T.
