Deer is a big problem where I live... I live in a town on the fringe of Cannock Chase, and I have to go straight through the chase near enough every week... ive only ever had one close call though... basically I was on the road in question, and my eyes were constantly scanning the road.. and I refused to do more than 40, I come down a rather large hill and one of them step out in front of me, I slammed the brakes on with my clutch too and stopped shy of 1m or so... it was close... but that was the first time and my dad was in the car too... and he said that I did well, it shook me up a tad so I stopped and got my senses back and carried on..
But I do hate them :/ I just see their eyes lining the road at night... rather off putting!
