DEFCON 1C - Asus ROG Maximus X Hero - 8700K @ 4.80GHz Overclocked Bundlels help i brought this bundle and i have upgraded the memory from 3000mhz to 3600mhz but now i think ive lost the overclock can someone tell me how iretrieve in bios and if so do i hit the save/reset key or do i exit without saving ?

There should be a saved profile in the bios that needs to be enabled, load it then save and exit.

It may not work as changing your memory may affect the overclock.

found the ocuk file ive hit that but its now holding my memory to 3000mhz and ive got 2 sticks of ddr4 16gb corsair 3600mhz but its only showing its using 16gb and not 32gb ?

Was it showing 32 gb before you enabled the overclocked profile ?

no i only had 16 gb 2 8gb sticks and ive upgraded to 2 16gb sticks with higher clock speeds was going to change back and check

Make sure the new memory is in the slots correctly then boot into Windows and check if its showing 32gb.

in task manager its says 2 slots 16gb 3000mhz this doesnt make any sense
