Defrosting chicken!

hack it up into small bits and jsut cook it frozen? - not that it will be very frozen once its chopped up.. I do it all the time and I am not dead...
 
quick defrost in microwave... really its not the best but it works. 3-4 mins at 10%

yes some outer parts may start to cook, but chicken cooks very quickly in a pan anyway, some outer bits will be dryer than usual but not noticeable if in a sauce.
