Deilvery Times?

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but i can't seem to get through to the sales team.

I ordered some new hardware / software for a new PC Im building on Monday 7th Jan on the "city link parcel next day deilvery" but ont he status of my order it still says it is in the warehouse que. I was just wondering how long i should expect to wait for delivery as its been two days now.

If anyone could help me out i would be most grateful.

Keep ringing or use the webnote system

use the webnote system to contact the shop they will get back to you

the shop staff do not browse the forums during the day

Are your items in stock?

They'll be in a warehouse queue if they're out of stock or the item is on pre-order, I believe.

That was the case for me earlier today as my Gigabyte board I originally wanted was out of stock - I changed it over in a quick call and it went straight to 'Order Printed in Warehouse' and then it was shipped out very quickly after that.
