Déjà vu

I'm really not sure what's going on, over the last couple of weeks I've had a strange feeling of déjà vu.

I called the local surgery this morning, finally got through and booked an appointment. The doctor has just called me back. I told him the problem and he said "Didn't I talk to you about this yesterday?".

Our surgery is pretty good, they take calls from 08:00 to 10:00, triage them and call back the same day.
