delayed flight - will my next flight be replaced?

If they knew they were going to be in for bad weather, do you not think they should have been more prepared? Half of all flights were cancelled.

It takes time to de-ice planes and clear the runways and taxi ways, not to mention all the ancillary roads and vehicles needed to service planes. This takes time, hence why they reduced the schedule. Its the busiest airport in the world!

anyway they need to build a new runway, screw all the whiners
