Delayed Right-Click Context Menu

When I right click on certain things, such as Zip files or MP3's it takes a few seconds for the context menu to show up, this has only started recently, has anyone any possible solutions I can try to try and fix this?

Installed anything that has an online right click component? some of the printer installs have them.

Found the problem, there was an open to shell to a program on another computer on the network, which has died, so it was just waiting for a timeout.

this is why windows is crap, they let anyone add to the right click menu (so integrating directly into explorer)

I wouldn't be without this feature. Comes in so handy for my day job, but yes, it can (and I've had it) go wrong.
