Delete profile in Profile engine

Hi guys I just wanted to make sure that to delete a profile that I didn't make and they took my NICKNAME, I can't believe it.

They are telling me to send my ID in order to claim that profile and delete it, is that a secure place? can I do it without any problem?

(I'll send my ID but I'll paint the important information they say I can do that but I can't believe what Facebook does.)
