Deleted hard drive partition, need it back.

Hi guys, I inadvertantly deleted the hard drive partition on my storage drive.

Is there any free way of bringing it back into use. I have found a piece of software called get data back ntfs, but this costs 100 euros. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have used Get Data back NTFS twice, I formated the partition on my hard drive by mistake when I got a new drive (this happened again DOH lol). Anyway, I was able to get all my stuff back with that application and it worked a treat, kept all file names and folders etc.

Cheers fobose, i ran it but found that i needed to purchase it before i could reinstate my files. Its expensive though, was looking for something cheaper.

There are free ones that people recommend on here but I cant remember the names of them! Some one else will recommend something soon.

if it's JUST been deleted, then testdisk can bring it back in about 5 seconds, and it's free

what ever you do, don't read or write to the harddrive untill you bring the partition back. Unless you would like to loss some of your data =]

Thanks for the replies guys, I purchased File Scavenger in the end for $50.

Fortunately only lost a couple of files which were un-needed. Result.
