Sorry but what right have you got to tell people that their OPINION is wrong! An OPINION is what people THINK! I do know how things are run, maybe not as well as you, but I do understand.
Sorry but thats my OPINION and I respect your OPINION because that is how they feel.
Sorry it annoys me when people tell other how to think.

He isnt telling you how to think simply that you are probably not old enough or know enough about the workings of politics and the world to form a legitimate opinion that will hold water, I am not having a go at you as I am only 17 and do not know enough either.

I'm not telling you how to think, and I never said your opinion is wrong. All I said is you're ill informed, which is quite clear from your posts.

I AM NOT FRIGGIN' ILL INFORMED!! ARGH!

Sorry! (not to Nix)

They get my vote every year. Anyone who wears a comical hat is obviously able to run over country better than someone with big ears :p

Then don't make such stupid, pathetic posts.

You're obviously more intelligent than that. You're young and naive.

I know I didn't appreciate how the world worked when I was 16. I've learned a lot in the past four years.

It would be nice to think that politics didn't work in this terrible smoke and mirrors BS manner but I think it does...

although I am looking forward to when Labour take a pounding on May 4th

This character assasination is crap

I dont think the torys are fit to run the country, and i dont like labour, but i think they are the only party currently capable of running the country

I hold a very similar opinion. I'm more than likely going to voting labour in the future. Gordon Brown will be the new party leader, so at least the media bad-mouthing may come to an end and we can get down the the issues that really matter.

I do not trust the tories any further than I can throw them. They change their minds every 5 minutes and the last time they were in charge, they severely hurt our economy. Although, it could be argued that privitisation was inevitable.

The reason I voted labour last year, although my ward is conservitive was because I didn't see the point in the tories ruining the work that labour has been trying to do. Swapping the government every four years would only produce a yo-yo effect.
Overall, people can bad-mouth labour and Tony Blair all they want, but I still have a lot of respect for him and what he's managed to achieve. Labour aren't perfect, but they're the best we have at the moment.

I think being honest i will way the two up closer the time and see what betters me. I would like to claim to be all nationally aware and christian but i like so many others are just selfish.
It will all come down to the small number of people that actually bother to vote and what one of the two best suits them and there own.
Am i wrong in thinking that people vote for personal reasons rather than national ones.
I would say at this stage people are very comfortable with Labour, those that vote that is. I cannot see them losing the next election. I also think that those voters have accumulated far to many possesions and assetts under Labour and would do nothing to risk that especially risk it all with the Conservatives.
Friends say i live in a world of my own so i would be interested to know what you think.
