Yeah used to get that all the time with AOE2 with the kids. I will plus you back up again purely because you deserve it for perceviering with that kakka game ;)
 
Even though I despise BFME II just gotta laugh at the comment "we weren't ready" I mean wtf they attack you and they aren't ready? These are the kind of people who ruin RTS instead of trying to come up with better strategies they complain and moan instead, also they are the kind to moan and cry about rushing because they aren't skilled enough to defend themselves. Good on you for kicking the crap out of them.
 
Just dont pay attention to Rep really nobody really looks at it and decides not to play you and if they leave you bad feed back and set the option to avoid you they've done you a favour really :p.

About my comment about not liking it not really any reason for it just dont like the feel of the gameplay. I only played up until the mission for the good side where the dragon is attacking the dwarf settlement after that I just uninstalled it and sold it.

Also I thought it didn't have much of a unit choice that maybe because I didn't play far enough but I just couldn't force myself to do it.
 
Nah didnt try multiplayer at all. I prefer to get used to the armys in campaign before trying it and since I couldn't finish single player it didn't get a chance.

Btw DoW kicks ass :) would be 100x better if they did the orks, chaos, eldar etc how they should be though.
 
in all online games i keep quiet and agree to nothing unless i know the players. screw them imo. Quitting should be distinguished from disconnections in the future by the software and thus penalised
 
This is why I never talk to the other team on online games and only use text instead of voice communication. Have always had these problems on aoe 2&3, halo, dow etc.

Reminds me of some matches on BF2:MC. All the americans seem to do is kill eachother waiting for the chopper.

The worst one is the fact that you lay down some mines to protect you flag and one of your teammates (american or not) seem to think its helpful to blow them up. Thanks for that.
 
I personally haven't had a problem with an American school kid since Burnout on the old xbox. That tool was constantly whinging "I think lordrobs is using hax.." "are you using hax lordrobs?" "I think he's using hax"..... for the whole race. Simply because I took a different route and he didn't see me overtake him :p

What I get now are depressed sounding northeners who drone on like an uncomprehesible "muuuurrrrrrrr buuuuuurrrrrrr" noise and mic warrior londoners who are f this and f that, not at me but at other people. Still gets on my nads though.

Stupidly I forgot which month my gold subscription run out and didn't cancel it in time :(
 
I got a neg rep for "Disruptive Voice" because this American kid was singing down the mic about his dinner. I made the mistake of mentioning that I had de-repped him - so he revenged repped me with the same thing :( So just to be spiteful I filed two complaints against him :D

I've got a total of three neg reps now... all for Burnout. That one, and two for unsportsmanlike conduct... probably because I took someone out :rolleyes:

Thing is, I do and I don't care. It's damn frustrating to get these neg reps when you know you've done nothing wrong, but I know it makes no difference (well, as long as I don't get so many MS ban me ;))
 
Thats why they do it because they think it bothers you and if they put you as an avoided player they've already done you a favour.

Its a stand alone game, you only need DoW + Winter Assault if you wanna play as the other 5 races. It has been confirmed for months and it will be here Autumn 2006 which probably means sometime in October.
