No it isn't. It is the list price for the car, including VAT and the cost of any acessories added to the cur at purchase.

Also i really really like the new mondeo's, saying that i think id have to go for the estate version. Wish i had a company car.

Shouldnt affect your company at all. Only thing it will effect is the amount of tax you pay on the benefit you receive.

wrong; company pays 12.8% on any benefits they provide you

the taxable benefit on the employee is the value taxed at 12.8%

the benefit is HMRC saying the car is in lieu of your company paying you extra cash; so we will tax that.

otherwise people could get paid in things they need to live and never pay tax.
